So what happens when Dutch meets fashion, a wonderful tribute to wooden wedge footwear? This spring/summer season is all about the wedge. Moreover, it’s about wooden wedges. They come in a variety of styles, colors, and even fab heels with cutouts. They can be worn with dresses or jeans.
However, make sure to play up the shoe and play the down the rest of your ensemble. These shoes deserve attention and should not have to battle with the rest of your attire. If the shoe has a rough and edgy feel be sure to do the opposite up top and wear something ultra feminine.

It was first reported back in May of 2006 that Payless bought a shoe and accessories brand named American Eagle. This acquisition aimed at targeting a younger crowd that Payless had not been able to reach. And it was then that the confusion began. On Friday American Eagle Outfitters filed a lawsuit against Payless for allegedly misleading consumers to believe that a partnership had developed between the two retailers. American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is accusing Payless of using their brand image and likeness to advertise for a new line shoes from American Eagle, the shoe brand.

Unfortunately, this misunderstanding could really hurt AEO’s image. Payless isn’t exactly viewed as a high-end source for retail shoes. (more…)

The culture of your business is the result of a particular mindset. Most often, it is the mindset of the founder or executive management.

The founder has gotten to where he is because of specific skill sets, knowledge base and belief system, which unfortunately all come with inherent limits. (more…)
